Do I need WooCommerce to sell tickets?
Only if you plan to sell paid tickets — the Sell Tickets and WooCommerce Paid Listings add-ons build on top of WooCommerce so checkout, coupons and orders are all real WooCommerce objects. Free listings and RSVP events work with the core plugin alone, no WooCommerce required.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — scroll up to "This is what your event pages will actually look like." Those listings, the grid/list/calendar/map views and the ticket flow are the real plugin running on this site, not screenshots.
Do the add-ons work together, or do I have to pick one ecosystem?
All 41 add-ons are built and maintained by the WP Event Manager team specifically to work with the core plugin and with each other — for example, Recurring Events, Calendar and Sell Tickets all read the same event data.
Is there a mobile app for check-in?
Yes — the Organizer App (iOS and Android) connects to your site through the Rest API add-on for QR check-in, attendee lists and real-time updates from the door.
